Contact Us Explore Capability DemonstrationsIndependent engineering scrutiny — accelerated by AI, built on your product knowledge.
Independent reviews of mechanical, electrical, embedded software, and system designs.
Create, improve, and independently review DFMEAs using AI-assisted engineering workflows.
Develop verification and validation strategies, test plans, and requirements traceability.
Review production approval packages, first article inspections, and supporting quality documentation.
DFM, DFA, tolerance analysis, assembly, tooling, and production readiness.
Printability, material selection, build orientation, supports, and post-processing — assessed before the first layer prints.
Design, materials, wear and shot-life assessment with a clear go/no-go and cost-per-trip verdict, cited to SPI and tooling standards.
Architecture, block diagrams, BOMs (system/cable) and cable design, power budgets and battery sizing, with PCBA/schematic and DFM/DFA reviews based on datasheets and IPC standards.
Verifying the board support package maps the real hardware: SoC/machine and U-Boot checks, device-tree audit vs schematic, and driver coverage per peripheral, with a fix-list and corrected device tree.
Security architecture, threat modeling, SBOM, and secure product development.
Improve requirements quality, system architecture, and engineering traceability.
Build a product-specific engineering knowledge corpus that enables dependable AI-assisted engineering throughout the product lifecycle.

Overview & Test Plan →I'm Sajith Padmaja. I founded Product Engineer LLC after nearly three decades of building hardware / IoT products people depend on every day. I've led product teams across Medical Devices, Transportation & Logistics, Retail, Entertainment, Automotive, Data Center & Networking, and Industrial systems — and I've seen the same truth in every domain: products succeed or fail on the engineering decisions nobody had time to review.
That's the problem I set out to solve.
Blending my machine learning and AI background with a career spent making products, I built a proprietary AI engineering playbook to provide independent engineering reviews that catch expensive problems while they're still cheap to fix.
Every product stands on a mountain of knowledge — the standards, the textbooks, the datasheets, the design history, and the tribal know-how that lives in hallway conversations and veterans' notebooks. Most of it never makes it into the engineering decisions that matter. My vision is to change that: structure all of it into a knowledge foundation the whole team can build on, so every decision draws on everything the product already knows. Not AI instead of engineers — AI that puts the entire body of knowledge at every engineer's fingertips, in service of one goal: quality products.
Bring me your design — let's find out what it's ready for.
